Just like every year, Google Pixel 9 has appeared on the internet months before its launch. So we details about all 3 Google Pixel 9 models that are going to come out later this year, including real images. Courtesy of rozetked.
As per the source, Pixel will have total of 3 variants this year. The regular Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL. Basically you'll now get all the features of Pro phone in a smaller size while the bigger size get the XL branding once again.
Pixel 9 – 12 GB RAM, 128 GB ROM Pixel 9 Pro – 16 GB RAM, 128 GB ROM Pixel 9 Pro XL – 16 GB RAM, 128 GB ROM
The regular Google Pixel 9 to have 6.24" Display, The 9 Pro will have a slightly bigger 6.34" Screen while the bigger Google Pixel 9 XL will have a large 6.73" Display. Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro are identical in size, but the Pixel 9 has larger bezels than the 9 Pro.
As you can see in the image, Pixel 9 pro seems to be slightly bigger thanks to its 6.24" display but overall its in the same category and packs all the features of a larger phones but in a small package like many wanted.
Same with Pixel 9 XL, its slightly bigger than the iPhone 15 Pro Max but justifies its XL tag. Both of the Pixel Pro phones have matte finish on the back including the camera with glossy frame on the side.
Other than cameras and possibly the lack of UWB in regular Pixel 9, there doesn't seem to be any major change except the processor which is going to be Google Tensor G4 this year in their entire Pixel line-up.
